Enjoyed my time here. the free Wi-Fi was a plus and the service was top-notch. I really liked having on-site parking that was easy to access. the restaurant was cozy, and the food tasted really fresh. 🌟

Overall it was a really nice stay on one or two nights. The restaurant was good for breakfast here, I had excellent dishes. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent, at a medium distance from a historic public park. The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a very quiet area.

The staff spoke limited English and were unable to advise on tourist sites.

I was leaving early in the morning, before the breakfast was served - and still the staff prepared a breakfast-box for me, they even suggested that they can prepare a special breakfast for me in advnace.

This place is located in a very quiet area, right in the center with great restaurant options nearby and close to both the town center and historic downtown.

The superior room is enormous! It has a large foreground, seperate bathroom and toilet. The bed was huge and comfy. The breakfast was also great. The staff in nice and friendly. The best hotel in Brno in my opinion!

All people I met at the hotel even during my short staying there were very real, opened and kind. Well, one important note for the guests not speaking Slavic languges. There will not be any problem with communicating since the hotel staff understands and speaks English. The hotel is in a very quiet, green place and just next corner to the centre of the city and all its major sightseeings.

I do not have any reason to complain about this hotel. If you expect Four Seasons go to Four Seasons. I knew what I had chosen and I got what I expected

A quiet and modern room with a comfy king-size bed 😊. It's located pretty close to the Moravian Museum, which is absolutely stunning and fantastic.

Spent two wonderful days at this luxury place with attentive staff, would return in a heartbeat; the location is fantastic, close to everything.

Room on sunny side, the air conditioner was not working. Not only on my room, but also at the neighbours. The bad was really poor, one pillow, uncomfortable. Toiletries also low quality and quantity. (And it was the superior room!)

The staff here are super friendly and always available when you need them. the place is always clean, and every room comes with a private bathroom. Plus, you get free Wi-Fi in your room, and the service overall is top-notch! 😊

Great location right in front of a tram station - super convenient! 🚋 the restaurant served up fresh and tasty breakfast dishes that we really enjoyed. the staff was friendly and polite, making our stay here even better.

The Europa Hotel had a fantastic position , beautifully located on a tree lined street, it was really clean, towels were changed everyday and new soap and shampoo was left if you needed them or not. It was a safe area and Brno was beautiful. The breakfast was great and loads of choice, safe parking area for the motorbikes, and the staff went out of their way to help, the receptionist researched on the internet for us how to get to the Autodrome and even sorted us out with a packed up breakfast to take with us on race day when we had to be up earlier than normal. We couldn't of wished for a better or nicer place to stay and definitly will be recommending this hotel , on Booked.net and to family and friends, can't wait to return.
